Originally licensed in South Carolina, I have experience with both personal homes and investment properties. I’ve owned, renovated, and managed my own investment properties since 2012 and currently oversee short-term rentals, giving me hands-on experience with both residential living and income-producing properties.
As a retired military spouse living on Guam since 2017, I understand the challenges of relocation, military moves, and long-distance transactions. I’m familiar with VA financing as well as the 1031 exchange process and enjoy helping military families, investors, and relocating buyers and renters feel informed and supported throughout the process.
My background in residential renovation, interior design, and home staging gives me the ability to help clients see both the value and potential in a property — whether preparing a home for market or envisioning what it could become.
In addition to real estate, I have worked in education as a high school choir director, adjunct faculty member at the University of Guam, ESL instructor, and founding director of the Guam Master Choral. These experiences have strengthened my communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to connect with people from all backgrounds.
